As a Recruiter Role and key responsibilities:

  • Receiving, screening, and filing incoming resumes, background, and reference checks.
  • Conduct preliminary screening interviews, phone interviews, and/or face-to-face interviews with prospective candidates.
  • Assist with suggestions to the recruiting manager on candidate hire, and collaborate with necessary stakeholders to offer competitive 
  • Compensation packages and encourage negotiations with prospects. 
  • Use a variety of tools, including the internet, community organisations, print media, formal/informal networks, colleges, and trade associations, to directly and indirectly find eligible applicants.
  • Maintain precise and concise records and reports for all aspects of the recruitment process, using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS tools.

Key skills and knowledge:

  • Bachelor's Degree is recommended.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and vocal
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Self-starter, feeling of urgency, works well under pressure, and can work in a fast-paced atmosphere.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
