HR Specialist Job Responsibilities
- Helping business units close HC requirements with partner POC in accordance with the necessary skill set.
- Overseeing HC and working with a partner POC to address employee complaints.
- Ensuring that employees have completed their required training and are in compliance with Flipkart's policies and procedures.
- Ensuring that partner POCs promptly update the system (create or delete IDs) when an employee joins or leaves.
- keeping accurate records of HC, absences, and attendance and, as a result, making sure that payroll is closed.
- Ensuring prompt billing closure and validation of billing inputs for partners.

Education and Experience
- Human resources bachelor's degree or a similar degree is required.
- One year of HR Coordinator experience is required.
- Possess strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
- Proficient in both written and spoken communication.
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office, email, and other business and communication tools.
- Preferably, prior management or handling of temporary employee operations and billing experience
