Job Title -   HR Specialist/Executive 

Job Responsible :

• Assisting business units in completing HC requirements with partner POC based on the appropriate skill set.
• Managing HC and resolving employee concerns with partner POC.
• Ensure that all obligatory training and compliance for workers are completed in accordance with Flipkart policy and procedures.
• Ensuring timely system updates (ID creation/deletion) during staff onboarding/exit via partner POC.
• Deriving performance appraisal action from start to finish, including business finance approval closing.
• Maintaining accurate data for HC, attendance, and leaves, and guaranteeing payroll closing.
• Ensure timely validation and billing closure for partners' billing inputs.
