Associate Recruiter Responsibilities :

• Assist with the execution of recruiting plans to satisfy hiring objectives. Maintain vital information as needed.
• Oversee all elements of candidate administration, including keeping and updating applicants, sharing job descriptions, and ensuring that current opportunities are correctly displayed in all recruiting platforms and job boards.
• Create and manage an active candidate pool in order to effectively fulfil future recruiting targets.
• Responsible for event planning and coordination, as well as candidate assessments and interviews.
• Review applications to see whether they meet the requirements of the post.

Associate Recruiter In Amazon 

Basic Qualification :

• 6+ months of human resources experience.
• At least 6 months of experience using Microsoft Office products and applications
• Bachelor's degree is the minimum

Perfect Qualification:

• One or more years of human resources experience
• One or more years of experience with Microsoft Office products and apps.
