Responsible :

  • Answer all of the client's calls, emails, chats, and portal enquiries.
  • Learn about each customer and their unique applications and procedures.
  • Discover the basic functions of frequently used hardware, software, and other devices. 
  • Accurately record every service desk ticket using the designated tracking software in accordance with standard operating standards.

Regular MIS & resolution log management on queries raised 

  • Keep logs of incidents, issues, and their resolution.
  • Update and monitor customer information and status
  • Forward any customer comments, recommendations, or escalations to the relevant internal team.
  • Determine and recommend ways to make processes, procedures, etc. better.
