Work you’ll do 

• With the Lead Specialist's assistance, comprehend the hiring requirements and the company's strategic direction.
• In charge of all candidate scheduling procedures, including arranging interviews with USI and negotiating timing with the company and vendor.
• Maintain the contractor lifecycle, including onboarding, assignment term, and offboarding, in coordination with USI.
• Consult the company and offer suggestions for changes to the job order.
• Handle contractor requests and questions on your own.
• Inform stakeholders of the procedures needed to guarantee compliance and obtain services from our talent channels.
• operate as the USI team's primary point of contact.
• Make sure that the hiring process is enjoyable for candidates. 

Vendor Relationship Management Specialist

Qualifications :

• A bachelor's degree or its equivalent
• Two or more years of relevant experience in recruiting, recruiting coordination, or contingent workforce
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with vendor management system (VMS) applications
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
