• Adapt your support strategy to suit all client experience levels while providing exceptional customer service by actively listening to every conversation.
• Handle private client data with tact and consideration.
• Utilise tools to precisely source and enter consumer data relevant to the inquiry.
• Carries out all training and development tasks on schedule.
