Roles & Responsibilities:

• Relationship Management - Developing and strengthening customer relationships through effective relationship management in accordance with business goals. 
• Client Outreach: Manage the portfolio through client outreach and continuous monitoring of client relationships, including product, portfolio, and banking needs. 
• Customer Service and Sales – Customers are provided with regular market information and updates, as well as upselling and cross-selling. To provide a superior customer experience, requests are serviced extremely efficiently. Act as the single point of contact for the customer's banking requirements.
