Technical Program Manager Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the engineering team to gather requirements, manage stakeholder expectations, and create detailed program plans to ensure reliable product delivery.
• Align cross-functional teams on the program's timeframe, dependencies, and priorities, and manage risks by identifying challenges and opportunities, creating risk management plans, and monitoring execution.
• Manage project status reports and provide structured internal and external communication in a variety of formats for various stakeholders.
• Execute projects with minimum supervision. Assist Technical Program Managers with innovation, process improvement, and operational assistance.

Minimum qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, a comparable technical branch of study, or equivalent practical experience.
• One year of experience in program management.
• Experience with project management, cross-functional teamwork, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience supporting multinational initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience running large, sophisticated applications.
• Experience with the project lifecycle and understanding of project management.
• Experience and knowledge of working with engineering teams.
• Outstanding writing and vocal communication and presenting skills.
