What will you do:
- Employees in pharmacy retail stores should be closely supervised and trained to ensure that they follow company policies and procedures, give excellent customer service, and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
- To make sure the store has enough inventory, keep an eye on the amounts of pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, and other products that are in stock. Place orders as needed.
- Make sure everything in the store is well-maintained and functional, and that it is tidy, customer-friendly, and orderly.
- Oversee cash register operations, including processing exchanges and refunds and cash drawer reconciliation at the conclusion of each shift.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries from clients, resolving complaints, and making product and service recommendations.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide suggestions to team members to promote organizational growth and development.
- Work with the pharmacist and other medical personnel to ensure that all prescriptions are filled correctly and on time.
- Stay current on industry developments, new products, and services, and participate in continuing training and educational opportunities as needed.
