What will you do :

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job specifications and credentials.
• Assist with the entire recruitment process, from job posting to sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to determine candidate suitability. 
• Help prepare recruitment reports and dashboards. 
• Regularly update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to guarantee accurate candidate information. 
• Help in organizing candidate interviews and following up on feedback from interviewers.

What we are looking for:

• Currently pursuing or recently earned a degree in human resources, business administration, or a related profession.
• Excellent Communication abilities. 
• Ability to operate individually and as part of a team. 
• Previous internship experience or interest in HR or recruitment is beneficial.
