Responsibilities:

• Reporting: For a range of business metrics, create and manage scorecard views and dashboards. Help MIS and analytics to ensure data integrity for daily reporting and to organize data collection using SQL and Excel.
• Expansion: Developing and implementing conversion enhancement plans, or BAU OPD expansion strategies (across MOTs). leading the OPD growth planning approach from the bottom up.
• Program management includes managing MS Win plans and city growth initiatives. establishing activity systems, keeping an eye on systems, and ensuring that call-outs and alignments take place on schedule in accordance with the MS win plans. Identify municipal opportunities and implement hyperlocal MS win programs.
• Analysis: Examine data to produce important insights about the company, user caliber, redemption funnels, and other crucial metrics.
• P&L management: Assist the accounting and business finance teams in combining and evaluating partnership P&L by serving as the SPOC.
• Process/Program Management: Comprehensive process/program management of strategic alliances, through internal communication with important stakeholders and overseeing the execution to its conclusion.
