Functional Business Area: Site Operations
Job Responsibilities:
Accountable for making sure the department functions smoothly. In responsibility of ensuring that the department's customer database is accurate and that reports are distributed on schedule. In responsibility of monitoring and raising client complaints, coordinating with legal when needed to gain clarification on new customer registration, and supervising telemarketing operations carried out from the DC.
