Job Description:

• Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify gaps in the sales team's skills and knowledge.
• Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, guides, videos, and simulations.
• Modify training materials to satisfy the requirements of various sales teams, such as channel partners, inside sales, and field sales.
• Teach sales teams how to handle objections, close deals, and use effective sales techniques.
• Learn the best ways to use technology to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of your sales.
• Give sales teams access to pertinent CRM platforms, technology platforms, and sales tools.
• Evaluations, key performance indicators (KPIs), and feedback can be used to monitor and assess training programs' efficacy.
• Collaborate closely with human resources, sales managers, and other departments to tailor training programs to the company's goals and objectives. 
• Develop a tight relationship with sales leadership in order to learn about changing market conditions and sales strategies.
