Research Associate Role & responsibilities

• Production of Tastes and Fragrances.
• Acquisition and upkeep of a F&F RM collection while conducting recurring testing (analytical and organoleptic)
• Providing R&D projects with vital support.
• Carrying out investigations on stability and senses
• Extract preparation on a laboratory scale.
• Documentation that complies with global guidelines.
• Encountering GLP procedures.

Skills:

• Good knowledge of fragrance and flavour RMs' organoleptic characteristics
• Practical experience creating scents and flavours while possessing a foundational grasp of creation..
• Awareness of customer needs and F&F product assessments.

Work Experience :

• Minimum 1 to 4 years of experience in Fragrance & Flavor (F&F) houses or FMCG companies
• Proven scientific expertise/ demonstrated experience in establishing SOPs in flavor/fragrance/FMCG industry.

Knowledge

• Knowledge on F&F olfactive families
• Good communication skills
