Recovery Officer Job Description:

• Recovery of outstanding dues: To ensure that outstanding dues are recovered, it is critical to consistently follow up with and deal with borrowers who are behind on their payments. examine default instances and provide suitable advise based on the findings.
• NPA Management: To resolve and recover non-performing assets by taking all necessary steps, including prompt and appropriate legal action.
• MIS Review: Every recovery-related data point that must be studied and evaluated in order to manage the portfolio. 
• Portfolio Management: To manage the loan portfolio and control delinquencies, use portfolio credit risk assessment tools, legal-based resolution procedures, and IT-powered recovery solutions.
