Acquisition of Merchants: Within the incumbent's assigned geographic area, new merchants are expected to be onboarded by the Growth Executive (GE). A large number of merchants can be incorporated since payments are independent of the type of business. The general executive must use their knowledge and understanding of the Indian retail market to create all-encompassing plans for the main accounts.
Map Competition: To react quickly, we need to monitor the market and be informed of what competitors are doing in key accounts. This will ensure that appropriate response strategies are created and implemented. GE must keep a careful eye on the competition and exchange best practices within the organisation to ensure that PhonePe always stays one step ahead of the competition.
Revenue Generation: GE is in charge of using Phonepe's ad sales proposition to generate income from both new and current accounts. ( Current products Scratch card /Banners/smart speakers). Previous experience in revenue generation is a plus.
