Job Description:
Help Desk Support:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for warehouse employees requiring technical assistance, both in person and remotely.
- Resolve hardware, software, and network issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Inventory Management:
- Maintain an accurate inventory of the warehouse's IT hardware, software licenses, and related equipment.
- Assist with the procurement and deployment of new IT assets as required.
User Training and Documentation:
- Train warehouse personnel on IT protocols, best practices, and software usage.
- Keep documentation on IT processes, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals.
