Payroll Coordinator Job Responsibilities:

  • Completing pay revisions, job bid adjustments, and payroll JEs as needed.
  • Document and track the attendance of the site team members.
  • During New Employee Orientation, explain to colleagues the local plant's salary and attendance rules.
  • Participate in any conference calls with corporate to address any payroll-related issues that arise.
  • Communicate efficiently with associates to resolve pay and attendance difficulties.
  • Reconcile the Kronos payroll system
  • Compliance with all SAG regulations.
  • Other duties assigned by your Manager.
  • Complete the weekly payroll pivot tables and the necessary overtime spread sheets.
  • Close and verify accurate and timely payroll transactions, as well as run and execute SAP queries.
  • Ensure that financial and attendance controls are maintained and implemented in accordance with business strategy.
