What you will do

  • Oversee the establishment of the overall yearly vision, plan, and goal (OKR) for branded users in your category.
  • Take control of your category's growth, P&L, and customer experience. 
  • Achieve predetermined objectives while collaborating closely with users on user growth, product, fulfillment, etc.
  • Find potential brand partnerships and add these businesses as users to the site.
  • Identify key levers to guide, direct, and carry out non-incremental growth projects.
  • Present thorough problem definitions and solutions to top leadership, then implement the suggestions.

What you will need

  • one to three years of experience working for a brand or managing important accounts for the brand.
  • Expertise managing stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • An added benefit is startup experience. 
  • a track record of success in a range of circumstances.

  • Deep understanding of company and customers.
  • Proficiency in applying both quantitative and qualitative data to consumer insights concerns.
