To assist with scaling Ads in Meesho, we are seeking a hands-on, meticulous, analytical, and highly motivated individual. Our primary vertical for monetization is advertising, which serves as the foundation of our overall strategy. By consistently developing new ad offerings, enhancing features in already-existing offerings, and enhancing targeting and customer engagement, we're further solidifying our offering.

 Ad Sales Manager will Do :

  • Acquire total control over advertising revenue from a group of head sellers.
  • Assembling, developing, and overseeing a group of account managers involved in expanding the accounts of advertisers
  • Oversee the team's daily operations and increase process effectiveness.
  • Work proactively to identify issues facing advertisers and develop potential fixes.
  • Examine weekly revenue patterns and pinpoint levers to open doors for ad spends and adoption. 
  • Make sure advertising tools are used and adopted to record all customer interactions.
  • Allow the group to establish a solid rapport with vendors in order to improve the entire ad experience.
  • Oversee the onboarding of sellers, analysts, product, and support teams for a variety of projects.

What Will You Need

  • Exposure to sales, advertising, and e-commerce
  • Knowledge of data analysis gained through education or work experience
  • Preferred is prior sales and marketing experience.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and negotiating abilities with the capacity 
  • mature and professional interactions with both internal and external partners, as well as a robust objection-handling skillset
  • Sophisticated computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office
