key Responsibilities:

• Lead generation when opening an account or making a service call to the customer.
• Establishing and strengthening relationships with Cluster heads and staff to gain their mindshare on protection and annuities.
• Participation in work-site activities (e.g., setting up stalls and giving corporate presentations).
• Working, engaging, and connecting with HNI clients for one-on-one sales. 
• Close the sale and follow up on the issuance.
• Regularly train bank staff on Max Life's Annuity and Protection plans.

Requirement:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline. 
• 1–3 years of insurance experience 
• Good communication skills in English and regional language (mandatory) 
• Age range: 21–28 years. 
• Preferably has own conveyance.
