Function / Department: Retail

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience:

• keeping an eye on and ensuring the acquisition's quality via the store
• Increasing revenue per foot traffic by assisting clients in making purchases 
• Reaching the store's profitability (return on investment) goals 
• lowering losses from pilferage (wastage) and shrinkage (unidentified losses) 
• Managing churn while maintaining the satisfaction of walk-in customers
• Store executives should receive coaching and training, and it should be ensured that frequent performance reviews, associate and on-roll employee performance streamlining, and high employee motivation and retention rates are achieved.

• Graduate with expertise in P&L management. 
• Two to three years of retail industry experience
• Customer relationship management and store management
