As a Customer Service Job Requirements:
- Analyse and resolve client enquiries through phone calls.
- Assist the CRM team with the execution and implementation of process enhancements, in cooperation with the Team Leader.
- Improve the customer experience with client services by ensuring that customer issues are swiftly addressed and all concerns are resolved.
- Ensure that all Company Policies & Procedures, Code of Conduct, and Regulatory Guidelines are carefully followed while serving consumers.
- Provide excellent customer service in a friendly and respectful manner at all times.
- Have sufficient knowledge of the products and services, and react to all enquiries appropriately.
- Think imaginatively and propose new proposals to increase operational efficiency, effectiveness, internal controls, or customer service.
