Job Responsibilities as a Advisor Voice:

• Oversee all client interactions as assigned within the given guidelines. 
• Show ownership of calls when a customer contacts you.
• Answer every consumer with the proper tenor and vocabulary. 
• Provide a solution-focused strategy for every contact with customers. 
• Inform the client at every opportunity that arises.
• Record client information and information pertinent to the call or service. 
• Respond to consumer inquiries in the time frames specified. 
• Handle outbound campaigns in accordance with business needs.

• 10 + 2 / Graduation degree in any discipline

Experience Requirement :

• 6 months - 2 years (Minimum 6 months experience in BPO is mandatory)
