Job Responsibilities as a Advisor Voice:
- Oversee all client interactions as assigned within the given guidelines.
- Show ownership of calls when a customer contacts you.
- Answer every consumer with the proper tenor and vocabulary.
- Provide a solution-focused strategy for every contact with customers.
- Inform the client at every opportunity that arises.
- Record client information and information pertinent to the call or service.
- Respond to consumer inquiries in the time frames specified.
- Handle outbound campaigns in accordance with business needs.

- 10 + 2 / Graduation degree in any discipline
Experience Requirement :
- 6 months - 2 years (Minimum 6 months experience in BPO is mandatory)
