As an employee in this position, you will manage and plan numerous campus projects, boost our company's social media presence, and put employer branding tactics into practice. You will also assist with a variety of HR functions. This position is contract-based and has a set term with ITC Limited.

HR Executive Job Responsibilities: 

  • Successful execution of a large number of campus initiatives across several campuses. This comprises setting schedules, establishing goals unique to each institution, and planning the event's activities. o To ensure effective program operations, prompt setup, and seamless logistics, collaborate with campus officials, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the PF nomination process, paperwork, and the sharing of pertinent documents with various divisions as part of the Assistant Under Training's new joining process.
  • Develop interesting and pertinent communication strategies, such as social media posts, event collateral, and promotional materials.
  • Work with the Corporate Communication department to make sure the HR social media strategy aligns with the company's overarching plan. Ensure that your messaging and branding are the same across all social media platforms.
  • Develop and carry out targeted initiatives in order to connect and engage with a larger audience across various social media channels. o Find and share relevant HR initiatives, employee biographies, and company culture on social media.
  • Supporting HRBP with documentation pertaining to governance for issues involving employees.
  • Encourage the operations group to maintain the employee life cycle.
