Roles and Responsibilities :

• Appraisal - Assess the customer's creditworthiness and ability to repay the loan in the future. 
• Interaction and Loan. Counselling - Meeting and interacting with customers.
• Documentation - Gathering and reviewing the documents.
• Loan Processing and Disbursement Process.
• Cross-selling - The sale of Group company products.
• Relationship Management - With customers and channel partners.
• Qualifications: Fresh/experienced graduates, postgraduates, or MBAs with a good and consistent academic record (minimum of 60% marks) and good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
