Duties and Responsibilities:

• To meet the PI Targets while achieving the collection targets assigned by the respective branch.
• Reaching the Goal for Collection Cost. ensuring that the monthly cost cap is met while still meeting the PI Targets.
• Ensuring that the entire collection structure complies with the law in letter and spirit.
• Make sure the executives and collection agencies follow the legal requirements set forth by the applicable laws.
• Make sure that the Code of Conduct is followed.
• Monitoring collection executives and agencies on a regular basis to spot dishonest behavior and make sure no money is lost as a result of it.
