Customer Service Associate Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Respond to clients enquiries by phone, email, or in person.
  • Manage payment-related enquiries and issues.
  • Investigate and resolve ACH and cross-border payment irregularities.
  • Coordinate with internal and external cross-functional partners to meet or exceed the needs of Citi clients.
  • Participate and lead departmental projects and initiatives.
  • Proactively try to lower the query volume and promote self-service
  • Create reports for internal and/or external distribution, and undertake research to support initiatives and continuing reporting requirements.
  • Request that clients engage in the Voice of Client surveys. 
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior analysts.
  • Provide account information, balance, transaction history, statements, and a billing invoice.

  • Experience in Customer Service

  • Experience with banking systems. 
  • Knowledge of payment methods.
