Job Description as a Representative

Depending on the needs of the client, the representative customer service/technical support position communicates with customers via incoming and/or outgoing calls, emails, chats, and the internet. This role handles routine issues with clients' products or services and offers technical support and customer service support. 

  • Make sure the service we provide to our clients satisfies the contractual KPIs (key performance indicators). 
  • Clearly state the needs of the customer; elicit understanding; and use resources and decision-support tools to appropriately address the customer's needs. 
  • Pay close attention to the wants and concerns of the customer; show empathy while taking advantage of the chance to establish a rapport with the customer
  • Using established protocols, extend a cordial, friendly, and professional greeting to clients. 
  • Preserve rudimentary understanding of clientele's goods and/or services 
  • Complete and accurate work should be prepared, with accounts duly noted as needed. 
  • Take part in initiatives aimed at enhancing client satisfaction and operational efficiency. 
  • Monitor, record, and access data in a call tracking database.

Representative Candidate Profile

  • Undergraduate or graduate in any field (may vary depending on the job requirement) 
  • Courteous and highly focused on providing customer service 
  • Excellent PC knowledge and computer navigation abilities 
  • Capacity for vocal and written communication that works 
  • Capable of multitasking; this includes being adaptable and quick to adjust to changes.
  • Verify that the client understands the solution, and offer more instruction as necessary 
  • Exhibit robust investigative and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Must be able to independently handle and resolve complex customer queries.
