• Help clients finish their Jio Recharge 
• Encourage potential clients to purchase new Jio connections. 
• Respond to consumer inquiries in the time frames specified. 
• Make sure that customers have a great experience. 
• Use the proper language and tone when addressing each customer. 
• Gather information about the customer that is pertinent to the call or service.
