 Wipro are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Business Analyst with experience in the Energy and Utilities Industry and at least an MBA. The ideal applicant will possess a solid grasp of operational models, capability blueprints, business processes, and have outstanding analytical and communication abilities. 
Responsibilities:

• Work together with company stakeholders to identify and create business procedures that are in line with industry best practices.
• Create business capability roadmaps and maps. 
• Examine and convert business needs into technical solutions for the platform(s) of technology.
• Create and implement solutions that improve business operations and promote efficiency.
• Perform a gap analysis and make solutions for improving the process.
• In charge of keeping the product backlog updated with user stories to support the development work for the next few sprints.
• Creation of Educational Resources and Provision of End User Training Keep abreast with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:

• Strong familiarity with CRM functions (sales, service, marketing, commerce, etc.) relevant to the field
• Experience with CRM technology (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP CRM, Oracle CRM, Adobe, etc.) is nice to have.
• A track record of collecting and recording business requirements
• Outstanding ability to analyse and solve problems
