Debt Management Services Manager Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• To meet the PI Targets while achieving the collection targets assigned by the respective branch.
• Reaching the Collection Cost Goal: Making sure that the PI Targets are fulfilled while also reaching the monthly cost cap.
• Ensuring that every aspect of the collecting organisation conforms to the text and spirit of the law.
• Verify that the executives and collecting agencies abide by the rules established by the relevant laws.
• Make sure that the Code of Conduct is followed.
• Monitoring collection executives and agencies on a regular basis to spot dishonest behavior and make sure no money is lost as a result of it.
