The associate should be able to conduct root cause analysis on errors and suggest process improvements to drive process efficiency. They should also be able to deliver results that meet or surpass expectations. Along with being a team player, the associate should be eager to impart his or her knowledge. Ad hoc operational reports, tactical stakeholder communication, and timely ticket resolution should all be capabilities of the associate. The Operations Manager will get reports from this position.
