Responsibilities:

  • Effective Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely. This function requires engagement with Amazon internal customers, who include APAC/EMEA/AMER operations, the IT team, and customer support.
  • Adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) is critical for ensuring consistency and efficiency in everyday operations.
  •  Basic IT Troubleshooting on End User Devices: Ability to resolve issues on a variety of client devices, such as PCs, laptops, printers, and scanners. 
  • Basic understanding and troubleshooting skills for several operating systems, specifically Windows and Linux.
  • This role demands a flexible work schedule that includes rotational shifts. Working in a 24x7 operating environment allows for real-time customer experience.
  • Adherence to OTS Service Desk Goals: Meeting targets for Response and Resolution SLA, CSAT, and incident management.
